Disappointing

We were subjected to extensive extra cost through no fault of pur own.

Ckearly the building management did not want a bnb in their building and communication over keys was appalling.

great!

the location was literally in front of Southern Cross station, 2 mins to the closest train to CBD. Very convenient, nice view, and clean. We stayed for 4 nights, everyone were happy with it

Superb

Stunning views, ultra central location - excellent stay!

The view is stunning, we spent many hours enjoying the view which changes depending on the time of day. Location is excellent, free trams out front and a supermarket across the road. The pool and sauna was a great way to spend our downtime in between outings. We also loved the unexpected bonus appliances of a mini rice cooker and egg cooker!

A few simple amenities were missing - no bin liners in any of the bins (but youre expected to take the rubbish out at the end of your stay); an empty packet of dishwashing tablets underneath the sink which meant we loaded the dishwasher only to discover there were none (we purchased some and got reimbursed); the dishwashing scourers provided were not fit for use (we purchased our own). Nespresso machine had not been maintained - the inner workings were dirty and incorrect pods left (possibly from previous stayers). All really easy fixes to make the stay a faultless one.

location is excellent. its just beside the train station and surrounded by free tram zone. walkable to all central and shopping centres. quiet, safe with keys and such great facilities with wellness centre, heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room and gym. really value for money.

Superb

We had a memorable 4 nights staying in this great value luxury apartment in a perfect location!

Spectacular view from the 57th floor, brand new building in a great position, very clean & key collection was super easy (info should let guests know that where you collect the key also has a luggage holding service if you arrive before check in time).

Nothing, but I noticed people complained in reviews that there was no microwave which I thought petty but actually we needed one a few timesespecially when you are holidaying and not really cooking and might just need to quickly heat things up. Just a suggestion.
