    Close to seafront, close to city centre. Comfy bed
    Room was cold and no control of radiators. Mould on bathroom ceiling. Water damage marks on carpet. Mirror cabinet door unstable. Had to empty dehumidifier several times during stay

    It was definitely one of the worst places I have ever seen! And so unbearable, I couldn't stay there!

    Location, and nice and quiet.
    We were put in one room which turned out to have a broken bed and bowing mattress so didn't sleep at all first night. When we mentoned it though, we were immediately put in another room and.the bed was very comfortable

    Ideal solution for a last minute visit to Kemp Town and easy walking distance to everything.
    Location. Staff at premises some of the time. Very comfortable bed. Great value.
    Only one issue. No hot water to sink. Dont like cold shaves.

    Nice little hotel and we would stay again!
    Good value for money, great location and we had everything we needed in the room. We had a nice window box in our room looking out over Brighton.
    It got really warm in the middle of the night but this wouldn't put us off staying again.

    Amazing and completely comfortable
    The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much for them. The room is big and comfortable and the shower was big.
    Could have done with a tiny bit of a paint on the alcove by the ceilings

    Nice staff and the bedroom was lovely. Hostel-like due to sharing bathroom.
    The room was lovely.
    No personal bathroom which other hotels at the same price and comfort supply.
