Lovely little stay with family, comfy clean room.

Location is excellent, cleanliness. Value for money. The breakfast bag is an extra bonus.

Anxiety inducing

Our room was accessed with a key by a male resident of hotel without our permission. The resident swore at us and told us to get out of his room. I called the management as reception is not manned 24/7. I was informed by management this resident should have left a week ago. I was told to tell this resident that if they didn't leave management would call the police. Police attended. We left the hotel as we felt unsafe, and we were refused a refund.

Room was great

Parking was not acceptable for us, as the garage that was paid for was not big enough for our vehicle so had to park in a very difficult area, would have been good if it was explained that it was a house hold garage, which is only big enough for family car.

clean room and beautiful sea view

family run hotel so didn't expect a lot of facilities but it was definitely value for money especially for a large group

Great staff, very noisy

Staff were brilliant

We were moved to their sister hotel, the Portland and it was very noisy, as we were next to the entrance and we could hear their disco and the noisy people leaving

Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast plenty to choose from. would stay again only issue bath wouldn't run and you had to turn on the shower to fill it up also shower was very slow flowing

Very unpleasurable. The hotel needs to improve a lot to make a value for money.

The location was easy to find, and was a first comes first service parking system. There was a microwave system at the reception.

The room facilities were absolutely below standard, such as no heating in the room hence I slept with my jacket on, it was very uncomfortable night. There was no spare blankets. The shower was cold. The bed was a bit of smelly. Overall, my staying was very unpleasurable night.
