Lovely hotel, wonderful location, and welcoming staff.

Location and grounds. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was warm and professional during breakfast which was most enjoyable.

The evening bar and restaurant serving staff were curiously less than warm, welcoming, or friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. The receptionist on arrival was quite curt but the lady who was in training was warm and friendly.

Bedrooms were fantastic as were bathrooms.

Exceptional

Great, outstanding, always better each time we go there.

I cannot say either about the place food great service outstanding. The bartenders outstanding checking in no issues at all. Great view of the mountains and the grounds beautiful. We stayed there before about two months ago and will be going up again. All I can say Thank you, my wife is also very happy staying there.
