    Our beautiful family run Georgian Guesthouse is full of character and is located right next to the beautiful beach at Weymouth. It is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful county of Dorset in (Read More)cluding the famous Jurassic Coastline as well as enjoying the wonderful town of Weymouth with its wonderful array of award winning restaurants, clean beach and busy harbour. Located at the very edge of Weymouth’s sandy seafront, Whitecliff Guest House offers rooms overlooking the sea and full English breakfasts, just 5 minutes’ walk from Weymouth Rail Station. All rooms feature private bathrooms, TVs, and tea/coffee facilities apart from the Single Sea View Room which has exclusive use of a separate bathroom. Some rooms also provide excellent views of the sea and Weymouth Bay. Guests can enjoy a choice of Full English Breakfast or smaller options, including Vegetarian options in the Breakfast Room overlooking the sea. Weymouth town centre is just 15 minutes’ walk away along the promenade, and The Sealife Centre is approximately a 10-minute walk away. All guest rooms are only accessible by stairs. Small well behaved dogs are welcome only upon request, at an extra cost. Breakfast is included - there is no additional cost. The South West Coast Path passes right by our door and leads towards Durdle Door, Lulworth Coast and Swanage along the famous Jurassic Coast.     Lovely guesthouse, would love to stay again.
    The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The guesthouse was clean and fresh. It's in a fantastic location by the sea and it's just a short stroll into the town centre. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.
    Everything was good!

    Perfect for a seaside weekend break
    Julia and Ian are fantastic hosts - very welcoming. Breakfast was great - lots of options and all delicious. Location is very good - in a quieter area but a short walk to the main shops and restaurants etc and very close to the train station. Our room had an amazing sea view.
    Nothing really. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste but that's it really. Maybe offer some other tea options eg a few herbal flavours in the basket.

    Just wonderful. Hosts were very welcoming and warm. The guest house felt like a home from home, and being positioned on a quite cul-de-sac directly opposite the beach was the cherry on the cake

    Pleasant stay, but I made a mistake with the room booking.
    Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
    I could not have read the information correctly - I booked a single room with a separate bathroom. The room was extremely small, I could nearly touch both walls with my arms outstretched! I had my dog with me and, as he was not permitted to stay alone in the room, I had to take him with me every time I needed to use the bathroom! On the plus side, the room did have a lovely sea view.

    Friendly and comfortable bed and breakfast in a great location.
    Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Service was beyond what you could really have expected. When I look back on Weymouth part of what I'll remember will be this hotel.A great example of why bed and breakfasts can be better than hotels.
