    Not as expected.
    The pictures of the room looked much better than the actual room. The room was not as welcoming or spacious. Breakfast was not as advertised at all. On the site and in past reviews it mentioned a full continental breakfast, but due to the hotel having remodeling done, the kitchen was not staffed so the described hot breakfast was not available. They offered toast, yogurt, and string cheese. The pool was available, but the fencing had construction barricade on it to help keep debris out, so we did not use the pool area because we suspected that there would be debris in the pool

    Having a room next to main road before surgery the next day, got no sleep, they did move us to another room after surgery. Thank you for that.

    Dont do it but it is clean
    Got to admit that it is very clean
    I can hear upstairs walking, housekeeping cleaning upstairs, noisy from the road. Everyday breakfast continental, states on the week side as breakfast NOT breakfast continental and same as every day. Housekeeping and maintenance, front desk dont like to walk and get us clean cup and water glasses. Some said no English . Front desk !! Just past the bucket. Very sad experience. They are under construction, they block half of the pool view with Home Depot plastic on the fence. Their website said I will have either mountain or pull view! I dont see any mountain near the hotel. No this hotel is for people in and out quickly. If you plan to stay more than one day dont do it.

    Lovely though a bit quirky hotel with 60s feel. Everything seemed very new in my room and it was pristine clean.
    Breakfast during the ongoing lobby reconstruction was rudimentary: bagels, juice, yogurt and coffee.

    Overall very happy with room, location and price and staff.
    The staff were very helpful in locating out three rooms very close together as I had asked. In all other respects they were helpful and professional. The day we arrived was a holiday and the breakfast was 'cancelled'. Staff said it was complimentary and therefore not something we had paid for. I did not think that was honest. The next day however the breakfast was available. So just be forewarned if traveling during holidays.
    Did not realize that the lobby would not be open and the remodeling in progress. Photos during reservation process did not reflect this.

    My stay at the Wild Palms was sweet and easy and I would recommend this quaint spot to friends and fellow travelers.
    I adored the little room and unique decor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very comfortable.
    I was there during lobby renovations which created a couple of small inconveniences, but nothing to complain about and I would happily stay here again when in town.

    The front office team, the room, the bathroom, the parking, the design, the vibrant colors and look.
    Housekeeping was nice, a bit irregular. Breakfast was good, sufficient. A bit more options or variety would have made it really nice.
