Very poor

We were told that our booking had been cancelled and there were no rooms available. But then got put into a tiny room on the bottom floor with no windows. Loud, unclean, staff rude. Would avoid next time.

For the price and the friedliness and location i would definitely stay there again

No breakfast. Location was good

Great friendly staff and especially the maid service. Property has issues with pets barking loud music morning and at night from across the street, ants in some rooms and sewage smells in some rooms. They honestly did their best to remedy all the situations.

A modern clean wellrun hotel in an area close to 5th Ave and beaches. Comfortable bed and good WiFi. Small but nice infinity rooftop pool.

I have no complaints except originally given key to an occupied room in error

the guests in room 404 are weirdos. she is in the hallway crying. she has on her boyfriends shirt and no panties. she has her private out in the common area. she was yelling in her room at the guy. he asked her for some head and she started yelling at him. she made my children upset yelling down the hallway. she put their food and drinks outside the door. she put the plate of tacos upside down leaving the food on the ground. the guy came to the door and told her to stop yelling and go inside. she stood in her door peeing on the floor in the hallway. the guy said "beautiful baby"
