The bed and breakfast serves Full English breakfast in our downstairs dining room. Windermere Park is just 20 minutes’ walk to Bowness-on-Windermere, where the famous lake can be explored. Walking, Hiking and boating activities are also available. During you stay at Windermere Park you can enjoy the leisure facilities at Damson Dene Hotel in the Lyth Valley,which is a 15 minute journey by car.

    Overall comfortable, hands-off stay. Would stay again as location is fantastic!
    Breakfast was lovely and the B&B had a relaxed vibe overall.
    I was given a lovely loft room but the wi-fi was very weak on the top floor which was annoying when trying to plan my hikes and travel. I never saw a single person at the reception desk. Another guest was trying to get someone's attention to check out, and we called various numbers and still no one came. Not the best system if you need assistance.

    Great location and no hassle, would recommend.
    Room was to a good standard and we were happy. Location was great. On site parking was very helpful. Staff were lovely.
    We were unable to tell on the app which room we would be staying in as some looked nicer than others going by the photos. Breakfast was packed each day and with only one staff member, they had their hands full a lot of the time so was slow waiting for coffee, juice etc to be topped up. Not to say the breakfast wasn't very nice!

    Learn to love what you do and it will show to your guests.
    Location Our dog loved the sausage breakfast
    Nobody on reception to book in or to ask for advice. Tired decor, supposedly a superior room but unsure how they grade it as superior. Mediocre breakfast which was lukewarm but decidedly warmer than the coffee.

    Very comfortable beds and helpful staff.
    I didnt go into the breakfast room as I had to rush off but the lady in reception was very nice and offered to make me a sandwich to take home.

    Excellent warm place felt like home for me
    The location was very central and it was easy to access. The hotel manager James was excellent and exceptional individual. He made our group stay so welcoming and positive from beginning to end . He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and I would definitely return due to his kindness and attentive care to our needs.
