Nearby lots of eateries, convenience stores like 7-11, etc. Loved the fog. Level 26 but when in the morning, the windows are completely covered in fog!
The toilet was kinda dirty especially the floors had big yellow stains etc. No aircon but thats okay since its at Genting. Dryer wasnt working multiple rounds of drying and still not dry. Ended up air-drying under the fan.

Hands down the worst place we have ever stayed. Check in was horrendous - qued for over 45 minutes as they have people from 4 tower high apartment buildings checking it at one desk sepreate to the building you are staying in. Complicated instructions to get to room & parking. Waited at least 25 minutes each time for lifts (couldn't walk because we were on 25th floor and had suitcases and bags). No bottles of water or tea and coffee in room. WiFi only works in room so can't order grab etc. Couldnt buy drinks inside because needed a grab or touch and go account. They keep the deposit for 7 days if paid by card ( we didnt want to risk doing it with cash after how long check in took). Bathroom was dirty. Hair dryer didn't work (granted they did bring another within the hour) highly recommend avoiding. They also made us cancel our booking about 2 weeks before and then only offered rooms at double the price. Definitely not worth the money.

property is quite new. corridor walk way is quite bright. rooms are clean. Got 8 passenger lift available. many eateries & restaurants nearby property.
carpark lot is at level 7. each travel in & out must go up & down for 7 storeys. quite troublesome

From the check in.The staff was so rude.Didn't smile as though they are force to work.Check in room 1505, tv was not working.2 hours to settle the issue!Washing machine keep on tripping when we use.Have to climb on the chair as the main switch board is above the fridge.End up we give up and the clothes are still wet with soap.Last day , the aircon leaked and there is a loud noise cominh from the aircon

Disappointing
If you want to stay, dont book under maplehome or this unit.
The location is convenient to 99 mart and food.
I like the fact that it has heated jacuzzi pool suitable for kids but unfortunately it was not functioning so as to the washing machine and dryer in the unit. We were very frustrated and angry as we have paid quite an amount for the unit. Our towels were stuck half way in the washing machine. Even though is executive two bedroom suite, the unit was rather small. I messaged the management and they ask to change to the only back up unit. But we have 2 babies in the unit and my baby already asleep and everything unpacked (if you know how much things to repack and transfer to other floors). So we told the management we do not wish to move, can they think of any other solution just for our babies laundry or do they have spare unit washing machine. The management front desk were really rude. And so Ive decided to put a low rating for this Maplehome management. The servicing department was kind enough to help us settle our problem without needing us to move here and there with those babies.
Not to mention, they were so stingy on toilet rolls/tissue. No bath mat on the floor. After shower, no way to dry your leg. Only to walk around wet and risk of falling. Got to request for it as I told them my babies will fall down if the floor is slippery.
Some lights were malfunction and the socket were out from the wall.
