Good enough to return again

+ The room size and view + The personnel + The SPA and pool + Free parking + Public transport is close by, but taxi is also cheap to and from center - The breakfast is okish, there is room for improvement

- The location (too much industry around the hotel) - I had something important in the car and they left it outside for some good hours - A litle more attention on cleaning

Pleasant

Budget friendly place with a number of drawbacks

The appearances, look and furnitures in the hotel; also its style. Nice and warm staff

Breakfast is far from a 5 star hotel breakfast. Low number of options, and occassionally a bit too low quality (cold cuts), no juices, etc. The HVAC system in the rooms is loud, theres always some noise coming out of it, sometimes even waking you up from sleep. The walls are thin, not soundproof. The location is not ideal, though acceptable if youre a budget traveller. Its in an industrial area, but on the positive side not once were we concerned about safety. The language barrier - apart from the reception desk, staff (although exceptionally friendly) had trouble communicating with guests in English.
