Great location: it's right next to the beach! The room was comfortable and the host was extremely nice. Totally recommend staying there :)

I did not stay in this hotel at all.

My flight was delayed and I reached Sri Lanka at 5 a.m. when I called the hotel I was informed that they were sold out !!! And unable to provide me my room at 7a.m. Really was not satisfied with the over selling my room.

Superb

Small but perfect beachfront home

A nice, and tidy place, with just few rooms, directly at the beach with palm trees. Modern Design, large bath, quiet. Footwalk to Negombo center. Neighbours are fishing with small boats. Perfect for first and last day of a Sri Lanka journey, they can pick you up at the airport. Srilal was very helpful organizing travel.

No moskito net option, but only small moskitoes at November 2023.

Nice one night stay

Very nice location, 2 steps from the sea and very close to the city center. Very good value for the price!

Only few things, there was no hot water and in the morning there was no electricity so it means no fan, which is a bit complicated when it is too hot.
