Exceptional

Great hotel stay, with great facilities. Restaurant was nice - made particularly so by Attilla who served our three sprites and a beer who was always welcoming and had fantastic English. Reception staff also rescued us from the station when our suitcase wheels broke and we couldnt get to the hotel.

Couldnt always find where to go for sports activities and missed a few, but what we did was great. Restaurant food was really nice, but range was a little limited over a week.

We enjoyed the food at this hotel and the views from our room.

The room was very nice with a great view. The dinners from the half board menu were delicious and the restaurant staff was very friendly (especially Marin).

1.The staff at the reception were quite unfriendly and we didnt feel welcomed. 2. In the spa building we were not allowed to bring a stroller to the pools (not even to the outside pool) and we couldnt go without it since our baby was only 6 months old, so we couldnt really enjoy the spa which was disappointing.

The receptionist and the staff are super friendly and nice. Pools and saunas give a perfect getaway and relaxing holiday, especially in the off season when it feels like you have your private sauna.
