Woodlands.

Great location in peaceful area. Well appointed house which was clean and nicely decorated.

Tiny toilets with overflowing flush. Small bath. Kitchen chairs and stools uncomfortable.

The whole place is really nice and cozy. We never got bored because it has plenty of amenities to choose around like the hot tub and sauna, flatscreen TV in each room plus 2 smart TVs in the common room, bbq grill and a place to do bonfire. It really is meant for staycation.

Superb

Great time with family in a lovely house in a perfect location.

Location is great, quiet but easy to walk into Windermere or go to Bowness. House is lovely, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Sauna and hot tub are a bonus.

Very little but the dishwasher needs mending (Bottom drawer). Could perhaps do with a little more cutlery and crockery.

Brilliant location for all amenities, great garden and patio area with acess to wooded area for dog walking ,Sauna ,comfy clean beds ,clean toilets,bath and showers ,cozy sitting room with large TV, great kitchen with top of the range appliances ,plenty cookware etc,large dining table and plenty seating back door access to sauna and outdoor furniture .

Great house totally let down by untidy garden area ,patio and stairs dirty and slippy with debris from guttering and leaves ,stinking smelly hoover which we couldn't use due to the overpowering smell when turned on ,broken iron (in bits )we went and bought one ,mirrored wall in downstairs bedroom had large dangerous cracks on it ,one of them had tape covering it from one end of mirror to other and marks on walls as if liquid had spilled down them , lovely flooring throughout hadn't been washed ,house didn't smell fresh ,dirty mop lying downstairs in garage ,steep stairs down to washing machine tumble dryer and hot tub , hot tub cover really difficult to remove and replace due to small awkward dismal space , stained carpet and missing wardrobe door in upstairs bedroom ,no shampoo or toiletries, no washing machine detergent for towels (one bath and hand towel per person for 4 night stay)large condenser in tumble dryer was full.We sent a message on the second morning about the hoover and iron ,no reply ,1,676 for 4 nights is over the top for for a house in this condition .

Great house perfect for families who like spa facilities & want to bring their dogs

Loved the sauna and the facilities the property offered in general. Perfect outdoor space for the dogs to utilise and easily accessible to the town centre.

We had a lovely family getaway. The property couldve been better. We think it was overpriced compared to other properti

Location was great, property was in a very nice quiet area

The garden was a bit unkept, grassy area was way too long, rusty old wheelbarrow etc, didnt like where the hot tub was, it was in the back of the garage in a small room, only a small window, so when you were sat in the hot tub, you were basically just looking at walls and there wasnt a key in the door to the outside area so you basically had to go back upstairs all through the house which we felt was quite dangerous and then into the sauna which was situated outside by the kitchen.
