A great place to explore Melbourne

I couldn't clean the oven and it was so disgusting that I couldn't use it. The bathroom was also disgusting with hair left behind.

Good location

The location is on a busy street, across Spencer Outlet and Southern Cross train station. Plenty of food options.

The apartment was not well maintained and very dusty. Most of the equipments and furnishings are old and worn out. There was only 1 air condition cum heater on the wall which was loud and disturbing to keep the apartment warm during winter. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortably too soft.

Spend your money somewhere else!

The location was the ONLY good thing about this accommodation.

We where an after hours check in and where told to pick keys up from a 7/11 near the accomodation, this was very unsafe. The worker had no idea where the apartment was located and could not direct us to it, he also had no idea who we where and didnt ask for ID. I dont blame him, as it seems the 7/11 was just a spot the keys where kept by the people running the accomodation. When we entered the apartment, the strongest smell of cigarettes smacked us in the face and made the entire thing off-putting. Quickly to be followed by only two working lights in the apartment. The dirty smell stayed around the entire 3 days where stayed here, it was actually really gross to be in. The air-condition on the wall was that loud and rattling, we could barely sleep and the apartment was freezing without it on as they didnt offer any extra bedding or thick doonas, it was pretty much a sheet. The beds themselves where so low to the ground and the mattresses where both VERY uncomfortable. The bathrooms had such a bad smell coming out of them you could have sworn they where just used and the floors had stains and dirt all over them. The carpet was COVERED in stains and the lounge had a wet odour. I would not waste my money here at all and I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Ive stayed in the city so many times and there is 100% better accomodation out there for that price. Pretty disappointed.
