    Fantastic breakfast Amazing room, so spacious, the biggest bathroom Ive ever had! Staff couldnt have looked after us any better, The Christmas dinner for all 30 of us was lovely.

    Our stay
    The location and parking were excellent. The breakfast was good and just the right amount. We didn't have an evening meal so I can't comment on that one.
    The heating in the room was very poor. There weren't any instructions as to what to do in the event of a fire. There weren't any instructions on how to use the tea and coffee machine nor the TV. The shower took forever to become hot (I think the hot water must have come from Scarborough) and the shower flow was fairly pathetic. We did have to turn up the TV in order to drown out the snoring from the room above, not to mention the sounds of them getting up and taking a shower!! Thankfully there weren't any other noises!!

    Beautiful house with exceptional staff and owners
    Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we had an evening meal which was very good.
    We were in the rafters which meant negotiating a steep narrow staircase, the room was well worth the climb but would stay on a lower floor in future and leave the extra stairs to someone with better knees

    Excellent accommodation and food.
    Our room was exceptional. We were in a relatively new building and the facilities were excellent. We had the whole first floor to ourselves consisting a large bedroom and huge bathroom. The evening meal was really good as was the breakfast. We would certainly consider this hotel if we stay in the area again.
    The stairs were steep and narrow and while this did not bother us others may wish to specify the ground floor. Getting large suitcases up and down might be a struggle. That said it's worth if for the rooms.

    Very enjoyable
    Very friendly hosts, comfortable bedrooms and lounges. Excellent breakfast, plus we also had an evening meal which again was delicious.
    Got back at 10.20 pm on a Friday evening to find bar had been closed for the night.

    It was a lovely room in the coach house and able to sit in the evening in the beautiful gardens .Will definitely go again
    Could have done with a few more electric points .There were only 2 double sockets in the room .
