    In annexe! Im 82 and mobility and eyesight not great. So unable to use entry keypad, difficulty with ONLY stairs and no lift! My daughter refused to let me stay there. What more can I say. Would appreciate full refund.

    Dissatisfied and disappointed.
    Perfect location have stayed before and loved it.
    5th floor, no lift. Told we had room at front of property with 4poster bed, lots of space. On arrival we were actually at back of hotel and in a small room with 2 single beds. Very dissatisfied.

    Dated, small room, didnt get a sea view that was booked, room was dirty, fire alarm at 5 am wasnt helpful, what spa, didnt see a spa or signs for it in fact we didnt see any member of staff
