    The "included" breakfast is very bare minimum and can barely be called a breakfast. In general, the value for money is not good. The bed was extremely slopped and worn down and the room is fine but the hotel isn't anything special and for the price it's just not worth it.

    liked location, convenient access, lovely view of harbor, nice breakfast, clean room
    trouble locking back door and screen. water wasnt hot enough in shower and sink.

    Wonderful motel style place near town, but much better than most motels!
    Rooms large enough, well-decorated, electronic fireplace and very pleasant garden space for each room, overlooking marina and river. Good basic breakfast and a chill pool on a barge by the marina. Tesla destination charging also a plus.Short walk to Dock square and lots of shops, restaurants.
    Pool quite cool. Hot tub would make it heaven!

    Close to everything yet the location was so quiet and relaxing
    Breakfast was just enough variety and the location was spectacular. Could easily walk to the center of town.
