    The service was incredible. The owner and staff were amazingly friendly and attentive. They would help you with your heavy luggage, calling a taxi and other personal issues. The hotel has a very nice and quiet garden with such a serene feel to it. Good food. Nice coffee. The location is perfectly close to Durbar square. The beds were comfy. Overall a really good hotel with amazing service. A true gem!

    The approach isn't fabulous but the garden is a real gem.
    We very much enjoyed the food and the staff were super solicitous of us during meals and during our stay.
    Really for the money it was excellent. For a couple hours one evening it was loud while a band was playing, but that didn't go too late, perhaps by 9:30PM they were done.
