    EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BUT DESPERATELY NEED A FIRE PET OUTSIDE OF ALFRESCO , BECAUSE IT WAS COLD AT NIGHT AND REALLY LOOKING FOR AN OPEN FIRE. WITH REGARDS

    It was absolutely beautiful, the garden was gorgeous and the location was so quiet. The kitchen was huge and well stocked so we could cook. The beds were comfortable and our son loved it.
    Nothing. The pet enclosure was a bit too short for our big dogs but we just kept them tethered and they still had a great time. Thank you.

    great location, pet friendly, just could do with a good clean, new towels, bedding, curtains etc
    the property was in a nice location, 10 minutes from Yallingyup beach. pet friendly which was great!
    the cleanliness of the house was quite poor, curtains has cob webs all over them, there was some sort of bug eggs on the roofs, curtains, my in laws where horrified.

    The house was great, the living room is very big, beds are comfortable.
    The garbage bin is very far away from the house. The final price show on my side was $1070 for two night but i got charged by the property manager $1201.90.

    Location was good. Nice big living areas. Had everything we needed.
    The property was fine, just very overpriced for what it was in my opinion. But hey, if you can charge it and people pay why wouldnt you!

    We loved the facilities offered ie; wood fire and electric blankets on each bed. The house was decked with everything you could possibly need to feel at home and enjoy your stay.
    What was there not to like? We loved the property!

    Lovely property, we liked the electric blankets and beautiful gardens, a lot of different kitchen utensils and gadgets. Great location.
    The bbq wasnt usable as dirty, and there was some mould on the shower curtain. The tv in the bedroom also doesnt work.

    The property is comfortable but there are better places in the area for the price.
    The location is excellent and the kitchen is well stocked.
    Customer service was poor. We had taken a morning off work and had arranged an early check in. When we got there we were told to come back after 3pm - even later than the normal check in time. We came back at 3.40pm, the floors were so wet we had to dry them before we unpacked. Contacted the owner who felt that this was quite the norm, as was the bathroom door with a faulty lock and no light - very disappointing. Her reaction was to offer us to checkout the following day with no charge. Booking.com have also tried to talk to them regarding a refund/compensation with no success. Copies of text messages are attached. This appears to have happened to other customers, as per previous reviews.
