I loved the signs of age of the building
The room was great - if you like creaky floor boards....which I do. The floor was as uneven as a building of its age should be, but not great for those unsteady on their feet or with mobility issues
I didn't rate the breakfast. Day 1 it was over cooked. Day 2 (despite being the only person in the restaurant at the time) the breakfast was just about luke warm. As I had a train to catch and no time to do so, I didn't have time to send it back

Very pleasant, would stay there again.
Interesting historic building. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent - good quality, varied menu, plenty of it. Good location for city centre and rail station.
Initially I was put into a room in which I couldn't get any hot water, I informed a staff member and was immediately offered a different room, which I was moved to and had lots of hot water. So my initial disappointment was short-lived. I understand that my first room was the only one which suffers from this issue, I was told it is possible to get hot water in that room if the tap is run for 10 minutes (I ran it for about 5 minutes).

The hotel was near to all the amenities, the staff where very helpful and pleasant, yes it is old hotel but as a lot of character, the rooms where clean beds very comfortable lovely white crisp sheets, yes there was some noise understandably close to the road and also it was new year eve, would definitely stop here again, breakfast was excellent and the staff where lovely and helpful, thanks for making our enjoyable.

    Nice modern bar
Room was very dark, no natural light at all. Hotel needs to install spot lights to counteract this problem. Floors are also very creaky and uneven.

    Very good
    Excellent location for central Worcester
Excellent location for the christmas market. Excellent room very cosy.
Check in wasnt very organised as the receptionist firstly couldnt find our booking and then said we had already been booked in? For the second year running the restaurant closed at 4 o clock so nowhere for evening meal, if this is a regular occurence i feel you should say so before booking as we were looking forward to eating in this year.

Breakfast was good, location great for cathedral.
Room was awful, no heating in very old bathroom, secondary window glazing missing in bathroom making it absolutely freezing. Asked for a room exchange as I was with elderly parent but told couldn't be done. Told manager would contact me but never did .
