Very good

Very friendly lady at reception, very kind and helpful. Lovely location, tucked away, nice and quiet. Pool very nice. Provided with unlimited drinking water.

Bed very uncomfortable as very hard.

Don't choose this place

The receptionist was kind, but the rest was not.

The owner is dishonest by giving me a much smaller room (with a standard bed and barely space to put a suitcase, and a view to a wall...) that doesn't match with the description of what I booked (a deluxe room with an extra large bed with a sofa bed, a table, etc.). They tricked guests by posting nice bait photos. The room was actually depressing to stay in and didn't look like what it should be. The room also has a very strong smell of mould even after airing for several hours, which is very bad for the lungs, and mosquitoes flew in... The room was right next to a water fountain/pond, which was running the whole night and thus was a bit noisy. There have been similar complaints but the owner still keeps baiting travellers via Booking and was not apologetic at all. I have travelled in Thailand many times, and this is the most disappointing place I have stayed in.

Superb

Chaing Mai Getaway

We loved how sweet the staff was and how accommodating they were. The receptionist helped us park our car and brought our luggage to our room. We had the family suite and thought it was very comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus! Though we were too busy to enjoy the pool it was nice to have that option- especially on hot days!

The property was great and I liked the location. It was a little far from the night market but still walkable. Overall it was a great stay and we didnt have any complaints.
