    Excellent location, super friendly and helpful staff, recently renovated with good taste. Spacious room and comfortable bed, with the additional treat of a fantastic shower!

    The location, the staff, the comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast: everything was great, no complaints. The hotel does look very "white" from online photos, but it felt much more pleasant in real life (might also be due to some christmasy decor :)

    Lovely hotel in an excellent location.
    A very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast - in particular the fine coffee - was a perfect way to start the day. We had a very pleasant stay.
    No real complaints, but might be nice to have some more drawers/storage spaces in the bedroom.

    Location and nice staff.breakfast,the cold stuff was good the hot stuff was cold
    Room was very hot no Air conditioning was working.Window was sealed shut with tape! Seems the widows were broken, we managed to open but the noise from the street was terrible all night.So no sleep.

    The only gripe was that the lighting in the room was either very subdued or absolutely blazing - a middle ground would be nice.
