The attitude of the employees was indifferent. No cleaning was done for 11 days. There was no shampoo or soap. 150 baht was requested for towel change. 700 baht was requested for 70 watt electricity usage at the exit. They did not even know the difference between watt and kilowatt.. the furniture was extremely old.
