    The water in the shower wasnt hot enough and it would have been better if more powerful (just an observation rather than criticism!)

    Nice location but way too expensive for what you get
    Very good location right in the center
    Its a design boutique hotel but everything in our room was way outdated. Everywhere stretches on the walls, a whole in the chair, just not a fresh look anymore. On top of that , you get a breakfast delivered in a box. Of course fresh croissants, sandwiches and treats are always tasty in Belgium but its hard to have it in your own room without a table to eat at and have a juice with 2 persons when you only get one juice. On top of that I think this stay is way to overpriced, almost payed 200 euros for one night. Ive been in way nicer hotels in Belgium for the same price

    Fantastic 3-night stay, highly recommended.
    Bed was very comfortable, fire tv so had prime video/Netflix etc. location was fantastic, 5 minute walk into Bruges square and 20 minute walk from Bruges station. Host was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay, would highly recommend to friends and family.
    No issues, amazing stay in Bruges.

    Great location.
    Good location. Quiet neighbourhood but close to centre.
    Probably our fault, but missed room service on first day, because needed to leave door hanger out requesting service. Pehaps a note would clarify?

    If I come to Bruges again, I will stay at this place again. I will recommend it as well.
    The room was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the excellent linens and pillows. The proprietors/staff were very helpful and accommoding.
    There is nothing I did not like about this hotel.

    Fab place to stay in an excellent location to enjoy the quaint charm of Bruges.
    We had 3 days here , large room with a lovely comfy double bed. Bathroom was massive with a walk in shower for 2 Lol. Kettle with tea and coffee and a tv with Netflix ,youtube, amazon prime if you fancy a lazy morning. We did not have breakfast here but instead popped round corner to bakers. quiet place just a short walk from market Square where you will find a proper festive atmosphere if you are lucky enough to go this time of year. All in all, a perfect winter weekend away, Thank you
    Nothing. All was fab, If we are going to nitpick, then we could say that the lift was very slow...We thought we had broken it...But be patient as you will get there lol
