Perfect location and helpful hosts.

The room is bigger on the pictures. It also looks more simple than on the pictures, there are no throw pillows or other styling details as presented on the pictures. One of the towels had a hole in it and space between the bed and the wall was dirty.

Location is great, just a few meters away from the nearest metro station. It is located in a street with many bars and restaurants which is also good.

Being located in a high traffic area with bars and restaurants, it gets quite noisy at night (up untill 2 or 4 am depending on whether it is a weekend or week day) and you can hear it from the room. Also the isolation inside the hotel is not great, we could hear everyone passing by our room on the corridor. Our shower had a considerable leak, on the first day the floor was all wet and it went until the bed, we raised this concern and they knew about this problem, meaning they just werenr fixing it, the next days we had to use towels to cover the floor and prevent the water from reaching the bedroom, not ideal at all.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location.

The location is amazing (subway 150m away), nice size of the room with a very spacious bathroom and balcony. A lot of restaurants und bars close by. All in all really amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing I can think of is maybe that there is no breakfast offer, but you will find a lot of places close by.

THERE IS A REASON YOU PAY IN ADVANCE!!!!

- has a metro station 2 min walking distance - the neighbourhood is lively - feels safe

- this is not a hotel as it claims to be, this is more like rooms in a random building, that you need to access through 3 gates, and it's a bit of a hustle - there is no reception, just a girl who barely speaks english that hand you the keys and then silence - place wasn't cleaned properly, I paid a fee for everyday cleaning and for the 5 days I stayed my room got "cleaned" once, all the food leftovers I consumed or other garbage I had to place in the balcony because my room was overflowing and noone came to clean it - the ceiling was almost falling, I was affraid to walk past that spot where it was hanging - the shower had mold and the head didn't work properly - i had an extra door in my room that was closed, it felt strange and they didn't explain to me what was behind that door, it was just there locked for no reason and I heard noises from behind it frequently - the ac didn't work and the answer I got from the owner was "open the window" - the pillows are too flat and the mattress is uncomfortable - the towls and sheets are very very old, it even had holes in them - the photos are missleading and when I expressed that upon arrival, the owner said "it's bookings fault, "complain to booking", i cut them some slack and didn't say anything more - the walls are thin and not sound proof, I could hear the conversation on the next room and lot's of strange noises from the tubes which woke me up during the night - the towels were just laying in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have them on a hanger - the toiletries were in big bottles and very dirty probably from overuse - the area smells like fried oil all day because a kitchen is located downstairs - there is no refrigerator - the check out you have to do by yourself by leaving the key inside the room, according to the owner doing so "increases safety" WEIRD!
