The hotel area is lovely, there is a lot of space and even if every room is booked, it never seems full.
The personell is very attentive and kind and tries to help wherever they can. Thank you!
In the fitness room, the treadmill is so old that the moving band keeps stopping everytime your foot touches ground, then it abruptly continues. Pretty annoying, as running is not possible then. Walking neither...
With the spinning bike, every second adjustment switch is either missing or broken, so you can't really adjust the bike to your height.
I did not try the weight machines, they might work.
Running or cycling is not really possible unfortunately, that could be fixed pretty easily I think.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zest over the Christmas period. The staff put a lot of effort into ensuring an excellent experience for guests, and the property is set next to rice fields in a beautiful, more rural location than in central Hoi An. The room facilities were great and of high quality - we especially loved the bathroom.
The facilities in the common areas wasnt quite as good as anticipated - for instance, the gym. We had looked forward to exercising there, but the machines were a little old and didnt work too well (e.g treadmill)

Authentic village getaway with wonderful SPA and service
Cute and quiet getaway with clean and comfortable rooms, well-taken care of gardens and small fosh ponds with boats in them. Also, the rooms in old ships looked fantastic from the outside - very original. Spa and restaurant were also great.
All was good. The pool may need an upgrade as the fountains made a disturbing sound when not in use.

Great stay in a beautiful location!
Beautiful secluded location with a tropical feel. The room was spacious and looked like it did in the photos. The pool area and bar was small but well kept and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of choice and the a la carte menu was decent, although a tad overpriced. The shuttle bus to old town was great too, although we rented scooters from the place next door so we could go further afield and would recommend that for anyone who likes to explore on their own. What really made the stay was the lovely, accommodating and friendly staff. We would absolutely recommend Zest!
It was quite humid while we were there so our floating cabin smelled a bit musty and the bedding felt damp, but we got used to it. The drinks on site at the bar were expensive, as was the a la carte food menu.

Had a lovely stay here! The staff are all wonderful.
Idyllic little oasis. Great pool. Lovely lake. Picturesque surroundings. Fabulous and helpful staff. Large comfortable rooms. Nice food. Free bikes and shuffle bus.Charming all round.
Spa experience wasnt amazing the first time, but we gave some feedback and it was much better on our complimentary second visit. Some of gym equipment a little dated. Some noise from neighbours.
