A well designed hotel with very comfortable rooms and excellent food.
We love this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the food is excellent quality.
To a large degree the hotel is one large nightclub with hordes of people mobbing the lobby, the lifts and everywhere in between.

A touch of luxury in Toronto!
Excellent hotel, facilities and staff! 100% in every category and I really recommend this hotel! Uniquely designed with sustainability in mind and the decor reflect this, from 'live' murals to the room keys! Really 'funky' hotel with a lot of class thrown in! We will definitely be returning here.
The hotel exceeded in all expectations and I have nothing negative to say about this property

Great location and restaurants were good but a little expensive.
Next to major building works so was woken up early with loud noises. Also no decent views.

Prefect.
Well clean nice property. Well located to see Toronto. We took the bikes out which was really nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool.
The only thing about the hotel I didnt like was the amount of sunbeds (there is only 3 pairs).

Overpriced, misleading room names
- The location is great, close to restaurants and within walking distance from downtown.
- I liked the gym.
- The lobby is beautiful.
I booked a Panoramic King, but all the windows were covered with a white cover. You can't see anything outside, literally nothing. I even thought there might be a magic button to make the windows transparent, but no! The staff offered us a smaller room in exchange. We waited until the next day to change to a room that had at least two windows.

The hotel was beautiful but too much restricted access in getting around the hotel.
The sustainability of it all was wonderful, the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
I didnt love the locked staircases (I am someone who prefers using the stairs rather than an elevator and the staircase is strictly for emergency use only as you cant get back onto your floor even with the fob key). I also had family staying on another floor and it was difficult to visit them in their room but I understand why those restrictions are implemented, just quite inconvenient.
