the location is perfect because all my listing place is around that area and the best things is the hotel near to AEON and we just walk around 5 min to go there
The breakfast menu need to add more like kuih and something else .

The location is the best.
The room is neat and tidy.
Need improvement in cleaning esp. in toilet areas such as mirror, glass cubicle & taps. Stain still can be seen. But, overall it is good..

A night in Ipoh
It was beyond our expectation, as we were informed during check-in that the stay comes with a complimentary high-tea for 3 of us! It is not very common that small hotels provide such a service. It was decent & delightful high tea set n breakfast spreads the next morning as well. Overall we're happy with the stay. We would definitely consider coming back to this hotel for sure!
Just something minor, the room feels a bit cramped n stuffy. There are even rooms without windows, so we requested to change to another unit which has window, so that 1 was better.

The live band was great when they performed. The location is acceptable as it is close to most places I visited. Free sheltered parking, and there are other food options nearby. Close to the mall as well within walking distances.
Breakfast was not worth the additional price paid. Minimum selection of food options, and not all staff were friendly. Toilet had a musky smell, and the windows opened into a corridor. No privacy if you don`t draw the curtains.

The toilet bowl is not so clean. No bathroom slipper is not provided.

The bathroom water trap is horrible, bath water wont flow into the water trap immediately, flooded the whole bathroom floor and it is pointless to have a dry and wet bathroom.
