    Great location! Comfy and clean. Comfy beds.
    Location, suitable beds for our group, two bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen appliances, cutlery and dishes etc ( just had to byo glasses for bubble drinks- as not enough for more than a few people). Aircon works well. Property owner very attentive via message system to make sure we had right bedding, access to the property. Plenty of on street parking over weekend.
    A little cramped at times. Dining chairs not that comfy if sitting for long periods at table for long conversations.

    Great location and facilities. So close to the city, walking distance to shops and restaurants Stayed with group of friends, enough space and room for everyone.
    Off street parking during day could be helpful.

    Internet didn't work well, house not cleaned properly, bedrooms had absolutely nowhere to put anything. No table, shelf, cupboard etc

    location was good, house was clean
    we were locked out after dinner, the door code pad batteries were flat, rang contact, no answer, rang host, who was in england and quite rude. we were locked out in the freezing cold , with no contingency plan. house was freezing when we arrived.

    Lovely place great location.
    It was really clean and the location was great and heaps of on street parking.
    The fridge was small for how many people we had. The room on the left when you come in the ducted heating wasnt working and we had to use the split system. we had a big group and there wasnt enough chairs around the table to eat together so some people had to sit on the couch.

    Clean, friendly and modern, would stay again.
    Nice clean Reno, plenty of space, allowed the dog, beds comfortable, good heating.
    Checkout time stated 10-11am, cleaner turned up at 10:15 as we were packing. Not a big deal, maybe state one time only on instructions for other visitors.

    Overall a good stay, very happy with everything.
    Excellent heating. Well equipped kitchen.
    Could do with 1 toilet that is separate from the bathroom. Bathrooms need towel rails for multiple guests. There was a broken wine glass under one off the leather lounge chairs ( when taking bridal photos we moved a lounge chair and found the broken wine glass when we moved the lounge chair - no big deal to us, just an observation).
