Superb

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are amazing, very helpful.

24hr reception, very helpful & friendly staff. Superb location very close to public transport, shopping and food services. The room was very quiet and restful.

Bathroom could do with more hooks for clothing/wet towels.

Good location

Excellent location, very close to NAFA and MRT stations. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The extra bed we paid for our daughter was hard and uncomfortable. We think housekeeping may have omitted to place another mattress on the divan when preparing the bed linens and covers. Definitely something that management may wish to look into.

The room and building were clean and comfortable but there was a little bit of noise from the lift.

Advertised with a bar but there was no bar on the first day and the bar usually closes at 230PM !! when it is open. No restaurant only one option for breakfast which is a breakfast bento tray.

We booked this hotel in the middle of the night after a quick Whatsapp. Because our actual hotel was an absolute disaster. The warm welcome in the middle of the night at this beautiful hotel was just perfect! The hotel is more than perfectly located, right next to the subway. Again and again! Thank you so much for saving our trip to Singapore!

Staff very supportive and willing to please. Thank you. Location is excellent. Air con was great!! Water in the rooms, v nice touch. Curtains wee great block=out of light. Allowed to sleep in.

The sounds from next door - building, alarms beeping and general industrial noises wasn't fantastic. But I understand.... Bathrooms could be bigger....but I know hard to change. The fact that the air-con reset to 22C everytime you left the room. There was a flashing LED that flased int he foyer are of the rooms every few seconds. Probably not a good idea.
