Quick stop between train and flight

Excellent location for one night stay, next to the railway station and easy access to both Duomo area and Malpensa airport. Clean room, basic breakfast.

The bathroom tap wasn't properly attached to the sink.

Great place to stay, clean, close to the central station.

The room was cozy, comfortable, clean and exactly like the pictures, very modern and had all amenities. Great central heating. The staff were available all the time and were very helpful. The location was great 2 min away from the central station.

The tram outside was a bit noisy during the day. The price is also a big exaggerated.

Great location in Milan, Id say the best! All public transport is around the hotel, even Airport shuttle parking area is in less than 100 meters. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. I recommend it for percent

Location is perfect. Staff is great.

There was a smell from the drainage in the bathroom. In the middle of the night the alarm light turned on and it took a while to find where it should be turned off and that was disturbing because we were travelling with a baby.

Not so far from central station

Noise from upper room when they are walking and noise from toilet when some water flowing on the pipe from upper room. And bath tube cannot use because it cannot keep water, so I cannot take a bath. For the shower pipe leak then I only can use over head shower. About hair dryer not work continual and I need to wait it will stop and work . Dont know why.

Location is perfect

We got a smaller room in the old part of the hotel, and it looks different than the room from the picture on the booking site, otherwise the rooms in the newer part of the hotel are better

Excellent location, great staff, cozy and clean room

Really good location, five minute walk to Milano Centrale, quiet room, free hot/cold water on the suite floor.

The shower was not hot enough for the winter climate and we had to take two elevators to reach our floor (which is understandable considering the building being old)

Modern style rooms, with easy access to the train station.

3* hotel so rooms a bit small. Sound insulation could be better and the room was quite hot. No water or coffee provided.
