    I visited it based on online feedback it's quite disappointing.
    Although location is good, the beach is not clean fishermen lineup in the morning for toilets on the beachside ..feel like where did you end up. Although it say that food is served the drinking water comes at cost..no water is kept at dining area. The basic table etiquette is lacking.

    There were limited options for entertainment. The food had to be ordered from outside, although it was decent it took a lot of time.

    Very good for a family vacation.
    Very friendly and hospitable staff. Both the estate manager and the attendant (Kumar) are quick, responsive and helpful. The food (that is prepared in-house) is exceptional (but see cons).
    The breakfast is usually ordered from outside and not very good, especially when compared to the rest of the meals prepared in-house. We did have the good fortune of trying their in-house breakfast once (due to the market being closed that day), and the difference was drastic. My suggestion for improvement is to prepare all meals in-house and not serve outside food at all.

    Pleasant stay with family
    Location is best suited close to the beach ~150mts. Rooms are maintained neat and bathrooms are quite big size. The service and hotel staff are very cooperative and friendly and always provide prompt service. Staff Kumar and his associate were very helpful and Special thanks to the Manager Mr. Nagaraj for taking care of everything as requested. Dinner was arrangements were handled in an exceptional way and food was delicious.

    A property with a lovely beach, though public. Zero amenities. The assistant Mr. Kumar was helpful.
    Access to a beautiful public beach from the property.
    The apartment that we had booked did not have any chairs or tables to keep our things. There were no hangars or hooks to hang our clothes. The pillows had masala spilt from a previous occupant and had not been changed. A single bathroom for a capacity of 7 occupants and the bathroom too did not have a shelf to keep the toiletries.

    Room aesthetic needs improvement, there were no proper wooden tables or chairs inside the room, addition of some good lighting around the property & near the beach area will be a good addition & will enhance overall experience
