    Stunning, stylish boutique hotel with outstanding service.
    Stunning, luxurious, beautifully restyled 1920s Colonial property. It is a haven of relaxation where nothing is too much trouble and the food absolutely delicious.
    The only downside was that we did not stay longer and make use of the pool and steam room, too!

    It was really peaceful, the staff friendly
    It was more than expected in terms of price...because the taxes and added stuff wasn't not displayed. Also very limited plug points so struggled with charging phones ...no hair dryer ..had to ask for one ...the fridge wasn't working ..but the staff were really friendly and replaced it.

    Loved our stay in this beautiful house. TJ and his staff were fantastic and made stay here very comfortable. TJ was a mine of very interesting information on Colombo and the history of this house. We were fortunate enough to stay when the house was used for wedding photography which gave us an unique insight to Sri Lankan weddings. We were served Sri Lankan breakfasts by Dilshan who explained all the dishes to us and dont forget to take a dip in the pool.

    Traveled with mom. One of the most beautiful rooms and lobby i ever stayed at. Dilshan was very helpful throughout stay. Entire atmosphere and design is superb.
    Room service food - asked not to put black pepper or chillis and it was put in food twice on two orders. The teabags inside a jar in the room was damp and full of fungus The room needs a proper clean, many corners with dust and small spider webs The welcome message received once booked was discouraging and scary, maybe a more pleasant tone could be used to share the updates from hotel as when I arrived it was nothing to worry about

    An amazing and a beautiful place with a great heart
    An amazing place with a great heart. lots of beautiful arts and crafts, the swimming pool was perfect, the room was very convenient and well designed, and last but definitely not least - the team!! They organised a birthday breakfast celebration for us and helped us in any possible way. Thanks a lot! We are very grateful!

    The property is exquisite, calm and well maintained. The owner had done a marvellous job in creating such a place. The level of Detailing he has given to every inch of this place is mind blowing. The food was amazing, fell in love with the coconut sambal these guys made. Last but not the least the staffs maintaining this place are very responsive, friendly , well mannered and the best. Loved the stay , will visit again.
