    The area is not so traffic
    Cabinets in the room needs to be renovated. Most rooms have uncomfortable smell and fridge is needed to be included in some room

    Be frank this hotel need to be upgrade and once upon a time this hotel was my favourite hotel when i am in kuching

    Toilet with mould and bad smell in the room especially pillow and cupboard.

    The location is nearest with various shopping mall and also to the church that we went to. Convenience and easy to drive to town/waterfront area.
    Toiletries is not complete. my room missing the toothbrush. The breakfast menu served almost the same for 2 days stay, but it's still acceptable and delicious.

    Avenier, the manager (not sure if I spell her name correctly?!), was very helpful & professional. When I first visit/ck out the hotel room, she was very accommodating & informative. Shes a great asset to yr hotel! Overall, am very satisfied w/our stay & will surely recommend to others. Free breakfast is a bonus! Food fm the hotel restaurant is delicious!
