Rooms were lovely, very spacious.
Breakfast was nice.
I choose the hotel as it had the connecting waterpark, my children really enjoyed it.

The concierge promised us to order a 5 seater Taxi with a big space for our bags but ended up in a small taxi and worrying about my son being hit by one of our suitcase at the back.

Service at the restaurants and clean glasses near the pool flies are the big problem, they are very annoying especially during the lunch ( even inside) or at the pool area.((
