    Lost in the foothills of Himalayas
    Location is great! Far from the city rush and the crowd. Calm, peaceful stay in the woods. You actually get to see rare birds and hear chirping! Watch stars in a crystal clear sky. Nicely managed and maintained property. Lots of walkways, aesthetically crafted huts and surroundings. Food was good. Courteous staffs led by Mr. Hardev, always ready to help with a smiling face.
    Approach road to the resort (a km approx) needs immediate repair.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying in these beautiful mud cottages in Kasauli by Echor, and I must say it was an amazing experience that exceeded all my expectations. Tucked away amidst the picturesque mountain valleys, this hidden gem offers a perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and a complete village vibe. One of the standout features of this retreat is the private lawn that comes with each cottage. It's like having your own piece of paradise, perfect for sipping morning tea while soaking in the serenity of the surroundings

    The location and the room is awesome. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Complete privacy was there.
    In facilities they mentioned they have in house cafe and bar but when asked for the same, the staff said we have a shop where snacks are available and they are not aware of the cafe or bar. Please look into this.

    Its not a great value for money. Not as clean as it should be. I would not come back here.
    Its a nice property with lawn areas and outdoor seating spaces everywhere. The view is nice too. The food service is very good as well.
    The property is not as well maintained and clean as it should be. Theres a big insect problem and they enter the rooms and make it difficult.

    It was good but very expensive for what they provide.
    Location was nice though the road to getting there is really broken.
    The staff approach was very reactive. We had to call for everything including asking for water, housekeeping, toiletries. For the amount paid for the stay, services were not great. I had to chase up for every little thing.

    enjoy the nature all around...
    Very nice and lovely designed place in the middle of nowhere. Just Nature pure. Very good for Relaxing. Special thanks to HARDEV, the Restaurant Manager for his absolutely perfect service all the time!
    It was not possible to pay with Credit card or in Euro/Dollar.The next ATM is 20 minutes away by car. I also got no receipt from a unfriendly and unflexibel reception Manager :-(

    Reaching the hotel very uncomfortable because of 6- 7 kms approach road not made. Stay was comfortab
    The cottage and the services.
    6- 7 kms of approach road which is not at all road. It is all kucha with stones laid. Too much difficult to reach the hotel with bumpy ride. Our back started paining The approach road should be layered.
