    The cottage was cosy and had everything needed. The gardens and amenities could do with some TLC.
    It would be a wonderful property if shown a little love. It needs a refresh.

    Nice Cottage Experience
    Beautiful cottage with the Mt Roland view, perfect spot for sunrise in the morning, peaceful area to enjoy the farm vibe. It has a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and hot showers.
    The only thing came into mind is 15 minutes away from the nearest town for restaurants & groceries.

    Lovely one night stay in the loft apartment. Thankyou , very nice.
    Big spacious room with an amazing view of the mountain over the farm. Clean loft apartment, kitchen filled with everything needed. Lovely walk around the grounds and the farm , meeting the farm animals.

    Restful, joyful. We will be back next time we go to Tassie. I only wish it was closer.
    The warm welcome, the leadlight windows, the artwork, the stunning view of mt Roland but most of getting to feed the donkeys.

    Excellent accommodation with plenty of room set in a beautiful, pristine and natural environment.
    The accommodation was beautifully presented with stacks of room. The views from the balcony added to the ambience with the whole property set in such a pristine, natural environment.

    A rundown place in a great location
    The location was pretty good overlooking the mountains it was right in the middle of the nature
    The place is way past its glory days, it is very run down and not looked after well...Do not expect any service apart from what you have got in your apartment.

    Very lovely accommodation, with a great view and caring staff
    Everything was very thoughtfully arranged and there was a lot of extra effort put in to ensure everyone had a lovely time.
    Some fixtures in the room need a little TLC, hinges requiring oil and screws requiring tightening, but nothing major.

    Lounge was super comfy, TV good size and awesome heater. Water was hot and inside was clean.
    Mattresses were hard. Our loft needed a clean outside.
