It was very dirty, all the dishes were dirty. The carpet was full of paint, hair and other dirt. The furniture is low quality, one chair broke down after taking a seat. No toilet paper, no soap,

The room not well kept TV had no channels and we couldn't see it it was noisy from permanent residents staying next door adjoining room and upstairs cupboards falling apart plugs didnt fit sinks bench top not clean only one of the two towels were changed we left after the first night just couldn't stay.

cheap, minimalist stay, dont expect any service

low cost, good shower, relatively clean

didnt have extra pillows, missing lightbulbs, smoke detectors, facial tissues, was above laundry and dryer still going at midnight despite sign saying 8pm

Presentation - looked like a half way house. Mattresses in the parking area and people hanging around smoking. Total lack of maintenance Amenities - there were none! No cups, milk etc

One of the room lights was not working. The microwave LCD display was not working. The room wasn't serviced every day.

Location, parking.

Dirty kitchen,frying pan not clean, One TV channel no hair dryer dirty bed covers.2 pillow 2 towels for 3 days,no hot water.The tenants that live their so noisy . Lady at front desk needs to learn more English not good at communicatingNever again will go there. Very disappointed.

Spa Bath , Shower, MySky , Big Room, Staff were pleasant

Spa bath not cleaned/shower. Not enough hot chocolate, sugar, milk, coffee TV is in the wrong place hard to see from the bed when you lying in bed, Floor needs to be vacuumed and bed duvet/sheets need to be changed instead of just remaking the bed from previous person/s and bin needs to be taken out instead of leaving it for the next person/s to take out. Garden needs to be weeded out by the back door. Black Mould needs to be cleaned also. Few things that need to sort to be perfact again but they will get back to being perfect once they have the time...
