    An oasis of calm in a busy town
    We booked this in a hurry, as the place we had originally booked nearby was on a very busy main road and had nowhere for our 8 year old son to escape our rather drab room. Booked and moved within an hour and were greeted enthusiastically and taken to our room, which was perfect. All staff were very courteous and aimed to please. Big bonus was the beautifully maintained garden area and swimming pool. Breakfast was ample and the evening buffet provided lots of choice,

    Great location with perfect greenery
    The property itself with a lot of green surrounding. The pool, the food, the staff behavior and also the walk to the room through the trees. It is a very very well maintained property. The location is also perfect, within the market but the rooms are way inside so that those are far from the noise of the city. Very well planned.
    We booked the jungle lodge the expected the room to be bigger when compared to the rates.

    Its a budget hotel & the location is good.Its not very comfortable as theres no any air conditioning.
    Location is good as its very close to city centre.

    A few more new beds around the pool would be a good idea. Mine fell apart!

    Great resort in the center of Thekkady is
    The staff is great. They made us feel very welcome! The park is really nice and green. The cottages were clean and had great ac.
    The wifi connection was quite slow.

    Location is very good. Staff is courteous and helpful. Atmosphere is friendly.
    The shower lever was not working properly. The bathroom fittings are old and need to be taken care of. The breakfast was ok. Need some improvement..
