The AC Hotel by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown is highly recommended for its convenient location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. Guests appreciated the nice parking option across the street, but (Read More) some found the parking fees to be expensive. The hotel provided excellent catering for a work conference and had a great bar on the 7th floor. Mobile check-in could be improved, and more information about parking options would be helpful. Overall, the hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located near downtown attractions.

Decent for the money but wouldnt go back.

Decent sized tv and comfortable bed

Drain in bathroom was clogged And shower needed to be cleaned. In addition the carpet need to vacuumed.

The bed was comfy & the bathroom was clean.

We had a very difficult time understanding the staff since they were all foreign and had heavy accents. Additionally, the toilet in the bathroom clogged in the middle of the night which I had to fix myself. Finally, this company price gouged everything-the room was $300* a night in Pittsburgh which is ridiculously expensive and that didnt even include breakfast. If you wanted breakfast you had to pay an additional $15 per person!

It was a nice place to stay- we loved everything except not having a microwave in the room

Very clean, our room was very quiet as I had specially requested, staff were very kind, room was exceptionally clean

No microwave in the room, having to always go out by the elevator to heat up our meals was embarrassing and inconvenient

The conditioner in the shower was empty. We booked a king bed and we received two queens. We were right under the lobby and it sounded like a dance party was happening above us at 11pm at night
