The AC Hotel By Marriott Salt Lake City Downtown received mixed reviews. While some guests found the common areas and rooms pleasant, others felt that the hotel could improve by upgrading worn towels (Read More) and providing better views. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, but could use more fruits and a working espresso machine. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to nearby restaurants. Stylish, comfortable, good location, good value. A cut above the rest

For this price range, this hotel stands out as exceptional, comfortable and stylish in a sea of mediocre chain hotels in the area that more resemble a visit to grandmas elderly care home. Glad i found it.

There is always room for improvements, but cant complain too much in this price range- great value

Good location

Check in was okay, book room for 4 ppl. Towels were only given 3, when I call the front desk, they ask me to get it myself at the front desk. I think the hotel is understaffed. My bathroom closet is clogged the first night and the shower is broken. Floors are dusty. When calling the front desk, they always ask us to hold. But maintanance guy came quick to fix the clogged closet.
