    I got no sleep because of other guests fighting all night.
    Front desk was not staffed 24/7 as promised. Very bad neighbors yelling, fighting above me. Tried to report several times but no one was at the front desk. No sleep. Bad experience. Reported issues and no one cares no response from anyone. Ill never use Booking again nor will I ever recommend anyone stay at this facility.

    Homey, comfortable hotel in the heart of Bar Harbor
    The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was decorated nicely. It felt really homey and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good: yogurt, granola, bagels, fruit, blueberry muffins. I also really liked the 24hr hospitality section; they had free coffee, tea, cocoa, ice water with alcoholic beverages available to purchase.
    The rooms are decorated well but I was surprised to see a noise machine on the side table. We heard things dropped on the floor above us and movement in the hall. It feels more like a house than a hotel. Our heat pump made a clunk sound each time it turned on which woke me up! So the second night we turned it off and used the noise machine and it was perfect. If the hotel had been full of people, we might have had more issues with noise.

    Bed seemed a bit worn in. Hot tubs were not in use. Only two of the three curtains were blackout curtains.

    Comfy and cozy.
    We loved the cozy feel from the moment you walked in. When looking for places to eat the staff was helpful and kind. We appreciated the location and all the amenities that came along with it. Thank you!
    I can't think of anything I did not like. If anything I would just say more breakfast options would be nice. Other than that nothing bad to say. Thank you for making our experience great. Everything was clean and cozy.

    Amazing and completely exceeded expectations. Felt more like a high class b&b!
    Great location right in the heart of town only a short distance from the park. Clean facilities, breakfast and parking included, and cozy atmosphere. Staff was also really helpful and attentive.
    Breakfast could have had more options and parking lot was pretty narrow I often had to park on top of mounds of gravel in the corner.

    Absolutely will be back again.
    The room was very clean and organized and the left little notes around the room making it a very warm and personel welcoming. We visited in December and the rates were welcoming. The small breakfast bar was enough to get your day started. Staff was warm and friendly.
