The only complaint is the issue of reserving beach loungers early in the morning. Overall, it's a perfect place worth returning to.

Very big nicely decorated rooms. Nice common areas.
Very friendly welcoming host at breakfast. Good breakfast.
First room sea view was to another building, right above the main entrance. Big noice from busses and a beach bar in front.
Second room - nice view, but the construction was going just above it so crane was lifting goods right in front of the balcony.
The canalisation smell in the room was unbearable, so we had to keep the balcony door opened. So basically we had to choose between a bad smell and a construction noice.
It was no point going back to the reception, since the ladies there showed zero motivation in their job.
We stayed at the end of the season, it was not busy in the hotel. Hard to believe that there were no calmer side in the huge hotel. Instead we were told that Sea view room we reserved is an economy room so we had to assume is nothing else to wish.

Staff was extremely helpful. Helped to arranged the payment in advance via link, as the stay was a gift to my mom.
Booked a more expensive room with a sea view. No view, only roofs of some premises and a glimpse of the sea far far away. The room was very basic though spacious.

Resort hotel with plenty of services.
Some things are a bit complicated, for example access to beach towels and the beach beds are hard to come by. The check in and check out are painfully slow.

The place is clean, and the staff was terrific, from the management, front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff.. Everyone was incredibly professional and proficient
Some of the food was not as tasty as we would have liked, the restaurants were expensive compared to the other local restaurants within walking distance.
