This is the second time I stay in the Address beach resort within less than 8 weeks, which says a lot about how good the facilities are. However, I had two negative incidents with staff that coloured my whole experience in the hotel and I dont consider visiting the hotel ever again. The first thing was that upon checkout I was charged twice for my bill. I was told the first time I paid that the transaction did not go through and I paid a second time. I checked my bank statement and I showed the receptionist that I was charged twice. She said it was going to bounce back within a minute but it didnt. She also said she was going to check with their finance office about it and she will email me, but I still havent received any email. I was told that my receipt will be sent via email but again nothing came. I still havent received my money back and Ill have to deal with the hassle of getting this sorted. Another incident was a very racist remark that was said to me by one of the workers in the chocolate shop at level G. This was very unprofessional and I chose not to react to it. But Im responding here to say that people who work in the hotel represent the hotel and they should be responsible for what they say to their guests. By all means this was my own experience and because of that I choose not to come again. But if you never visited its worth a visit.
