Hotel was one of the most beautiful, amazing place, cannot recommend it enough

Service - not only excellent service, but excellent attention to detail, very attentive, super warm, welcoming, helpful people Cleanliness - immaculate, you could eat off the floors Design - beautiful design, big open spaces, little nooks to sit and chat, have coffee or whatever Facilities - one of the most beautiful hotels weve been to in the world (and we travel a LOT); rooftop pool is spectacular, with a view of the Burj Kalifa, excellent poolside service - food and drinks! Location - very centrally located - Dubai mall, grand fountains, Burj Kalifa, etc btw downtown Dubai is one of the safest metro area in the world.

Great stay in downtown!

Beautiful interiors, great downtown location, helpful staff, lovely vibe.

Its also part of a residential block and has a second tower where gym is located to which there was a long walk.
