For a 3Star, Its a okay stay, expected a better place, Good for Solo Travelers or Business Travel

Breakfast spread was good, Large size rooms (we had picked Junior Suite) , Extra Zealous Staff who picked up additional bag of laundry even if it was not asked for. The Location is great! 5 mins walk to Ameerpet Metro station where you can get on any of the two Metro lines. Its in a bustling area - so you can step out the hotel to eat-shop-drink.

Rooms though clean show a lot of wear and tear. The Bathrooms are a tight fit - very difficult to use. Bathtub that are not maintained well and One of the rooms did not hold much water. One of the rooms did not have a privacy area for dressing (and a tight fit bathroom) inspite of being a Junior suite. My Assumption was Sofa is a minimum 2 seater joint entity and may be atleast 1 person (adult or kid) will be able to sleep. Their definition of Sofa is Two Comfy Chairs.

Property is In middle of the city easy to get in metro and other shop etc., room was clean and neat. Most imp is room was so spacious than expected.

Bathroom was neat but very small because of bath tub inside.

Very bad maintenance- Poor quality hotel

Very poor maintenance, unorganized management AC was not working WC flush was not working Bath tub drain was not working Floor was moisture and dampness was there No fresh feel in the room Lampshades broken - very badly maintained- no seriousness on the property upkeep. No proper cleaning taking place No follow on the complaint give - not up to the marks I thought Sarovar hotel maintain well - stay was not satisfied I think engineering department - very very poor maintenance given to this property After many complaints they transferred me to another room. FOM didnt come to see me when I was asking to I want to meet and discuss the complaint I have taken the photos of the problem shown then they react
