    Overall very good and hassle free stay!!
    Location is very good - in the heart of the city and close to all main places in the city. Room and bathroom were kept clean and neatly maintained, staff was polite. Overall the stay was hassle free. Family also liked the room though the room size was a bit small.
    Only concern was about the Car parking area which is small (hold around 6 to 8 vehicles) and the hotel manager said he cannot guarantee parking space. The street is very small and hence parking outside is also not an option. In the end I got he parking space but that is a concern area. Manager mentioned that they have informed booking.com team to mention this in the website but they have not. Otherwise, the overall experience was good. But for the parking related concern, I would have rated this 8.

    Things are fine, maybe a bit noisy if you're not used to (indian) city life.
    the position of the toilet is an absolute joke! Not just for tall people, there is no leg room whatsoever - you'd have to sit sideways to use it.

    Dark and not so clean room, helpful staff
    The staff were friendly and helpful. It is really well located, in a lively area with the market and bars and restaurants.
    Our room was really dark, with an ugly window with a cage full of dirt. The toilet wasn't really clean, there were lots of pigeons next to the window, and the door was really deteriorated. The mattress was really stiff. Overall the room was not pleasant and it felt a little bit claustrophobic.

    Good location, comfy bed but dirty sheets!
    Very good location, near the palace. Bed was comfy! Sundeep the manager was very helpful with getting me an auto to the right place. Porter was helpful.
    Lots of stuff to sign on arrival etc felt quite like a military operation. The two staff on reception were cold on arrival but eventually warmed up. Bed sheets were stained and pillow case had a rip in it. Sheets definitely need upgrading and room could have been cleaner as well as the bathroom. Window had a guard on so felt a bit prison like.

    Room near to Mysore palace.
    I had booked executive AC room looking at the reviews to say very spacious room. But it was bit congested room what I got. Hardly any space for a person to move around the room.
    When you book as a family room, ensure that it has enough space in the room. Ours was too congested.

    Paid half amount online before, asked to pay balance before check in. Fully paid before even getting a look of the room. Congested rooms with v congested bathrooms. No canteen facility. Even not provided kettle for tea/coffee in the room., need to go outside and search for tea in early morning hrs.
