Very good

Good location, very convenient and well equipped accommodation. Would stay again.

The location is A1, just out of town and very accessible to shops and town centre etc. House was spotlessly clean, warm (although not when we arrived), and well equipped. Bathrooms have been recently upgraded and were excellent.

The living accommodation and bedrooms were a little basic in decoration (compared to the bathrooms), but had all the facilities you would require.

Nice self catering option near Killarney

Short drive into Killarney,nice quiet area with garden and tennis court so it was perfect for our kids. Lots of towels and kitchen pots/pans/delph/cleaning products/salt/pepper. There was even some teabags! Very easy check in.

Curtains were light material so let a lot of light in.

Nice enough if you want super simple and don't have any expectations about the place you stay.

We booked extremely last minute so were very grateful to find this cottage and the price was reasonable for all 4 of us to stay. It was a quiet area that was located close enough to the graveyard to visit our dad, family members and excursions. The house seemed clean and well maintained.

We came from Canada to see family and honor our dad. I had to reach out several times with questions because we received no communication from the owners of the property otherwise. There was no meeting them, just info to a lock box. We were surprised to discover that there was no hot water in the kitchen. Nor were there proper pans to cook with and we looked forward to cooking as many meals as possible since we were there for a week and going to be in hotels and eating out for a whole week following. There also were only enough towels for one each. We were there for a week. Washing took 3hrs. There was no dryer. It rained all week so hang-drying took forever. We were also extremely disappointed to discover that there was NO manual with any recommendations and contact info for food, excursions, taxis...nothing. Took us some time to figure out the heating system. The owners have to keep in mind people are visiting from all over who potentially know nothing of the area or how to work things that are different from where they come from.

Clean, bright, very comfortable house located just outside Killarney. Kitchen well stocked with all necessities.Great base to explore the ring of Kerry and close enough to the town, we drove in or used taxis which were easily available in killarney

The double mattress could be better, other than that we found the house very comfortable

Pleasant

Very strong smell of fumes in the twin room when the heating was on. The fumes were coming from the pipes in the wardrobe. We had to move my 1 year old from that room as it was so full of fumes.

Bed replacement

Very large sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Location of house the essence of peace.

One bed in single room, not comfortable. Even after repair to bed frame, which had two broken lats and was attended to by caretaker very promptly, the mattress was still quite uncomfortable. Needs a new one.

Superb

Great for family holiday.

Well stocked with most things you could need for self catering. Plenty of room so you're not under each other's feet. Lovely big garden. Close to a few food shops so ideal to stock up. Nice views from the lane.

Although it is a walk to the town centre it's probably about a mile and a bit so not easy with small kids or older people though to be fair car parking in Killarney is pretty reasonable so it didn't really cause us any issues.
