    Humble and polite staff Security helped in unloading baggages nice gesture
    In the washroom plug points are right above the wash basin high chances of shock hazard. Seriously it should be addressed.

    Good stay, but there's room to improve.
    The place and the ambience is very good. Friendly staff and reception is good. The place is within walking distance from Tourist attractions.
    We requested a room cleaning and left the keys in the reception and when we returned back to our surprise the room was not cleaned. At night at 10'o clock we have to make another call to get the bedsheets changed. The next day the receptionist was only bothered about our check out and money that we have to pay. When I repeated what happened the day before she said sorry in a very vague way. However the overall stay is good.

    Not value for money.. paying 2000 and not allowing for 1 hour early check-in.. waited for 1 hour in reception .I booked king size double room but I got small room. They cheated me.

    Staff behaviour.. we ordered tea for 3 times reminded in 30 minutes and no one has prepared it.. atleast drinking water, tea bags and sugar should be provided in room for free of cost..
