Breakfast, room view and beach entrance from the hotel was amazing.
Washrooms could have been much cleaner. Didn't like one staff memeber who guided for Check-In. Was not polite. But all other staff members were sweet.

It was a good stay.
I paid a fairly reasonable price cause of the Black Friday sale. If it was not for the Black Friday sale the money paid for the hotel wouldnt be justified. I just found the hotel rooms small- rest everything was good. The view was amazing , the location was good. I am glad i booked the sea facing rooms- it was worth it.
I just found the rooms small. I would have appreciated some more vegetarian options for breakfast.

Room - there needs to be more clarification on the corner rooms and that there are only two on each floor. The rooms themselves were clean and relatively spacious. We were two adults and two young children, the corner deluxe room was spacious enough and rooms were cleaned regularly. The deluxe double room would be small for our needs. There wasn't any ventilation in the bathroom so it would steam up very quickly.
Breakfast - was good overall, but many items were similar over the week of the stay, so a bit more variety with the fresh and hot food would be better. We had lounge access with our room which was a game changer, very useful to have with young children as food, snacks and drinks were available all day till 9.30pm. Fatma working in the lounge was excellent and looked after us very well. Thank you to her!!

Some staff didn't speak english very well so sometimes communication was difficult, especially at the reception.
My rental car was damaged at the front by one of the valet parkers and I wasn't informed about it, often the people doing the valet parking were driving fast with the car as they took it to the parking or brought it back, I was not happy with that .
